GARDEN CLUB

Our Garden Club works together to create and upkeep the gardens around the center. Join us on the last Saturday of the month for a work day in the gardens.

We open our community garden weekly to invite families with disabilities and special needs to come and learn about mental health and gardening. We also host an annual Seed Swap every January.

BLESSING
GARDEN

The Blessing Garden is home of our Blessing Box. This is a "take something, leave something" to bless someone in need. The garden had medicinal herbs and plants with Recovery Rocks painted by families in recovery to leave messages of hope.

Things to leave the in Blessing Box:

non-perishable food

hygiene products

school supplies

sunscreen

feminine products

notes of encouragements

Remembrance Garden

Dedicated to the families who have lost someone to Mental Illness, Suicide, or Overdose the Kirk Nichols Remembrance Garden was dedicated August 31st 2022 on International Overdose Awareness Day. Every year we place stones with the names of those we love and have lost. The garden remains lit as a safe place for families to come.
